The Infor Baan / LN Functional Consultant reports to the Managing Consultant and is responsible for providing consulting services to a variety of clients with varied requirements. This includes providing training and consulting services to clients remotely and on-site. This position is responsible for providing the best possible client services, including but not limited to:
Assessing client requirements
Gathering and documenting related client policies and practices
Identifying client issues and opportunities
Developing solutions that appropriately address identified issues and opportunities
Delivering required consulting and training services
