Your tasks in detail:
·You advise our internal and external customers openly and honestly on important decisions and the use of Infor LN in the area of manufacturing.
·You are part of exciting, international projects (e.g. migration projects, implementing of external software, etc.) and take care of all tasks in this area.
·You are responsible for 1st and 2nd level support for the manufacturing area in Infor LN and are the first point of contact for our customers
·You look for solutions and improvements (change request) together with the developer team.
·You create documentation and setup trainings for the related department and execute these team-oriented trainings and workshops
·You set up Infor LN and customize the modules according to our customers’ requirements.
Your Skills

·Interest in IT topics and experience with ERP systems
·Very good understanding of manufacturing processes and business interrelationships in medium-sized, manufacturing companies
·Basic understanding of project management methods and processes
·Very good language skills in German or English
