Ø Suitable candidate must have strong knowledge, technical proficiency, and hands-on experience in BaaN IVc4 development and administration is a must.

Ø Modest functional knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Inventory and Manufacturing modules is necessary.

Ø Ability to do bug fixing in existing BaaN customizations and integrations with other applications.

Ø Ability to analyze and interpret the functional specification with the objective of translating the specification into high level design document within the framework of the project plan.

Ø Ability to analyze and develop technical solutions to business requirements in a complex and integrated applications environment.

Ø Assess and where appropriate, develop plans to integrate third party tools, add-ons, and interfaces that strengthen the application.

Ø Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle including technical analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment.

Ø Ability to develop technical solutions to business requirements in a complex customized BaaN environment.

Ø Backend database testing in Windows SQL server environment including validating stored procs, jobs and triggers.

Ø Self-starters who can do work without supervision and carry out development projects independently.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Ø  Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 6 years of BaaN development and administrations experience.
