Structured way to handle ERP Implementation
By cute_kanku at 30 Mar 2020 - 14:13

Hello Baan Family,

Hope you are great & safe with family.

With so much fierce competition in the market, making Cloud ERP business more volatile. Each player is trying to demonstrate their best with concurrent solutions. Thus creating value for Customer is missing. For any good Service Provider below factor plays an important role:

i)                     Clearly define scope, Objective, Plan, Deliverables, Schedule, Goals & budget which are really important before kick start.

ii)                   Identifying capable Program & Project Manager. Introduction meeting with Customer to know their Steering committee/ Program portfolio.

iii)                  Knowing Customers of Customer is important, which helps to know the business model.

iv)                  As a Service provider, taking the lead throughout the Project.

v)                   Structured frame to handle Change Management, Risk, and Quality.

vi)                  Well equipped Solution architect for business study eliciting requirements.

vii)                Solutions matching with business requirements. Covering 90% of solution & mapping them in system.

viii)               Deployment of solutions in system & demonstration to stakeholders.

ix)                  Important aspect of any ERP Implementation Project is, Time to time match Plan Vs deliverables.

Note: Motivate your Project team always. Whenever needed Consultant should step up & ready to go extra mile. Likewise you are creating value for your Customer & Win-Win situation for both.

Would like to know your thoughts how we can make it more suitable to grow & benefit Customer Business.

Take Care!
