General Summary

 

The Infor LN Techno Functional and Implementation Analyst will have strong techno-functional experience in design, implementation and support of the Logistics modules.  This person will develop, coordinate and execute project plans for ERP global LN implementations, integrations and customizations as well as provide user and system support in all logistics modules including Sales, Distribution, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning and Warehousing. 

 

Primary/Key Responsibilities

 

·         Lead multiple, concurrent global ERP projects while balancing project management and implementation roles.

·         Provide consistent and clear communications to all stakeholders.

·         Create and maintain detailed requirements documents and implementation project plans for complex ERP projects.

·         Support in setting up and maintaining multi-national logistical and financial companies.

·         Translate business requirements to functional specifications, and create and execute test cases.

·         Implement process mappings, data mappings and system changes, and ensure data integrity.

·         Work with cross-functional teams and third-party contractors to develop implementation plans that leverage industry best practices

·         Analyze, identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

·         Develop and deliver training for users both in person and remotely.

 

 

Required Skills

 

·         Strong functional knowledge of and implementation experience with Infor LN/Baan including Sales, Distribution, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning and Warehousing.

·         Excellent project management skills coupled with the ability to coordinate and prioritize a variety of complex project while marshaling the resources necessary to accomplish them.

·         Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and negotiating skills with the ability to effectively present information to technical, business, product, operations, finance and executive management teams.

·         High levels of resourcefulness, influence, and organizational savvy.

·         Competence in managing budgets and resource allocation to support success and efficiency. 

 

Other Requirements and Benefits

 

·         Full-time position based in Ft Lauderdale, Florida.

Education & Experience

Education:

Degree or certification in technology, project management or business management fields.

Years of Experience:

5+ years of Infor LN/Baan Logistics experience. 2+ Infor LN implementations. 3+ years complex project management experience.  

Special Certifications or Technical Skills:

Application Version: Infor LN 10.4. Knowledge of EDI and ION interfaces. Implementation and testing tools and methodologies. Experience with ION workflow, Infor Reporting/BI and WMS helpful. Multi-national, multi-currency experience including VAT/QST and government regulations compliance.

Computer Skills:

Microsoft Office. Microsoft Project. Microsoft SharePoint. Web-based project management tools.

Skills and Ability:

Project management. Critical and logical thinking. Ability to work with and train people from variety of backgrounds and cultures.

Language Skills:

English,  Bi-Lingual helpful
