Thanks for the link George, I managed to download the document. It is somewhat outdated but still very good. I have contacted the author (Gerd Wagner) and asked permission to put the content on the baanboard wiki. Gerd has agreed to that so I am going to put some effort into converting the paper into Wiki content soon. Once it is residing in our Wiki, it can also be updated very easily where necessary.
